Important Notice Regarding Electoral Registration for Anglophone School Board Elections
To all individuals who wish to be registered on the permanent English Electoral List,
As per the provisions of the School Elections Act, we would like to inform all ESSB parents that they are already registered on the English Electoral List.
For individuals interested in being registered on the Anglophone School Board Electoral List, please find a link below to access the form titled “Notice to the Anglophone School Board—Option or Revocation of Option Regarding the Exercise of Voting Rights.”
To verify your registration status on the ESSB Electoral List, please contact Elections Quebec here.

Once the form is completed, kindly return the original signed copy to any ESSB school to forward to the School Board. Alternatively, you can deposit it directly at the School Board’s reception, located at 40 Mountsorrel, New Carlisle, Quebec, G0C 1Z0. Additionally, you may email the signed form to dgessb@essb.qc.ca.
