Baie-Comeau High School is a welcoming, community-focused English-language school with a proud history and a unique connection to the North Shore. As the oldest school in Baie-Comeau, the school has been an important part of the community for generations. Located within view of the St. Lawrence River, the school is surrounded by the historic Old Town, the beautiful St-Amélie Church, some of the community’s earliest homes, and the forests and shoreline that make the region so distinctive.
This remarkable setting provides students with opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom, with the natural environment serving as an extension of their educational experience. Students regularly explore the surrounding forest and seashore, developing a strong appreciation for the community and environment in which they live.
Baie-Comeau High School provides an English-language education from Pre-Kindergarten through Secondary V, serving students and families from Baie-Comeau and the surrounding communities. With its rich history, strong sense of community, and exceptional natural surroundings, the school offers students a place to learn, grow, build lasting relationships, and become active members of their community.
